OK so in the last week and a half, I've held steady at a two pound weight loss. I've gone to the gym three times last week and twice so far this week. But I'm gonna kick it up a notch to see if I can try something new for a week. If it's not that hard I'm going to continue after the week. If it is, then I'm going to see how I can tweak it. I'm going to start out by doing a light colon cleanse over the weekend, go to the gym on Sunday or Monday, dance class on Tuesday, gym on Wednesday, and gym on Friday. I'm going to do my ab work everyday, and practice for dance class at least one day next week. I'm going to only drink water (I have 2 cheat meals for this), eat one hard boiled egg for breakfast, a salad and an orange for dinner, and a small portion of whatever dinner is. I'm also going to stretch daily to increase my flexibility. I know this sounds like alot, but I have to make a drastic change in order to lose weight I have to catch up with Mr. Man who has lost 8 pounds strictly by going to the gym a few times a week for the last two weeks. I don't like to think alot about what I'm eating so maybe routine is what I need. I will probably change up my breakfast after the first week and change it up every week to something else. If I can find something I like that's healthy enough I might eat one thing for dinner every night. Oh and I am allowing myself two cheat meals as far as drinking water, and one cheat meal as far as eating. I'm going to monitor everything. weight loss, inches loss, visual differences, differences in energy, differences in skin, etc.... I started taking vitamins last week and I swear I notice a difference, but we will see if it lasts or am I just imagining it. I'll update on Saturday with pictures, weight, inches, how my skin looks, the whole ugly nine. lol
I'm starting on Sunday because its the beginning of the week and I am going to get my food for the week on Saturday. I have to figure out what dinners are because somebody does not eat only salad as a meal. lol.
